Counseling can be beneficial even if you cannot be in person at my office. I offer online services to "meet you where you are" through Telehealth. If you live too far away, are unable to drive to my office, or feel more comfortable from home, we can meet online to discuss ways of improving your life, even if it is just having someone to really listen.
